Proposed to Whitewater Council in April 2014, to clean up and enhance Little Lakes parking area, currently used an area for 'dumping rubish' and bonfires, BORCA hopes to instill a sense of pride in this area by resurrecting what used to be a day-use park for fishing and swimming.
